Beginner Class: Simple Shoulder Bag (all day class)

Learn to sew a Simple Shoulder Bag! 

Kids will individually create new projects with Natalie in a creative and inclusive environment. 

Suitable for ages approximately 9 and up. 

This class is perfect for a Custom Sewing Day on a weekend or during school holidays and can have up to four students.

Cost is per student and the all day class can only run with 2 - 4 students. 

Class will run from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm at the Dusty Disco Ball studio upstairs at 84B Charles St Seddon.

It's possible to break this class into two sessions - just ask!

Simple Shoulder Bag 

Prerequisites: Class is suitable for beginner students with little or no sewing experience. 

What to bring: You may bring along your own sewing machine to learn on, or borrow one of my vintage sewing machines for the day. Also bring along some basic sewing supplies (scissors etc) if you have them, labelled if possible. 

Upcycled fabrics and scraps will be supplied for students to use. 

If students would like to bring their own fabric, you can purchase half a metre of a medium weight cotton fabric for your bag. 

Students will also need to bring along a lunchbox, a snack and a water bottle for breaks during the day. 

If it's a nice day we'll walk up to the Harris Reserve park for lunch, with parents permission.
